Christmas was great....

Well my christmas was great and i am sending a lot with the entire story in it. I had a talent show that went well and my favorite talent was when about 6 elders from russia tried to sing a lady gaga song that they changed to be "I Missionary Now" and it was hilarious. I also was able to go to the devotions where ELDER RUSSELL M NELSON gave a talk and he ended up staying with us all christmas and then the next sunday also. He is way funny and told some good mormon jokes and his talk was on the importance of chirst and the holiday season. I sadly did not get to see Zach because we had a messed up schedule so i dont know if i will run into him before he leaves or not. I did see Nick Maybee a few times and i talked to him once. I am pretty sure he is gone now though. Well the district before us has been delayed about 2 weeks before their reassignment and i really hope i dont get delayed becuase i want to get out of this place. We are suppose to get reassignments next week so i am praying they will be ready for us when we go to get them. I loved my presents and those ties are the coolest in the world.
For New Years nothing really changes because we still have to be asleep by 10:30 so i guess we will have a happy bedtime or something. You can send a care package but to tell you the truth I DONT NEED ANYMORE FOOD haha. i can barely finish what i have before i have to leave. So if you do send anything, more paisley ties and some BYU ones would just make me smile. haha i know its weird that i want more ties, i have so many, but you wouldnt understand the importance of ties here. I got a ton of food from grandma and grandpa Boiteux and i also got some goodies from Grandma Carmen and Grandpa Ron they also sent me some of grandpas old ties. they are awesome and i love them.
So this week at the MTC nothing significant has really happened. its all been kind of slow and i have just been waiting for my time here to be over. I still escape with Elder Higdon as much as i can and yes he is Elder Smith's companion. Me and him get along super well and we are going to try and stay in touch during and after our missions. Thats really about all there is and all thats been going on. I did buy my new scriptures but dont worry about putting more money in yet. You dont have to becuase i am sure i have plenty. and i have a lot of stamps still and i already bought more envelopes so i am on top of things. Well i cant wiat to get pictures and stuff. Oh in the carepackage a little picture book of all of you guys as a family and everything would be fantastic. I want more pictures. I will try to print some off the card you send me. Well i miss all of you and i love all of you.

p.s. i have emailed Elder Ames and he emailed me back so i think we will keep in touch now. i had a good christmas and he says it is different but really good there in Honduras. I am super happy for him and cant wait to join him out in the field. well i got to go.

Feliz Natal 2010

Feliz Natal,

Thank you for the package i got it on tuesday lol so its a big difference than 2 months. i havent opened any of the presents so dont worry. i also received a package from grandma carmen and grandpa ron, he told me in the letter what i got so i opened his present and got 3 of his old ties. they are awesome i wore this pink one of his with little flowers on it the next day haha. some elders said it was ugly and the other elders said it was super vintage and awesome lol i loved it though. i also got a package from grandma shirley and grandpa george. i didnt open their presents yet but grandpa sent me a ripped out picture of Fernando Torres so i need to go get that lamenated. its pretty sweet i am going to tell him to send more if he can get his hands on any. i miss all of you and i think it is really weird that i am not going to be home for christmas this is going to be the first time. i have a christmas devotional tonight at 7. tomorrow we have a MTC talent show and i believe 2 more devotionals. so i will see how those go. The cool thing about christmas here is it is basically all centered around Christ. i heard that is what makes mission christmases the best so i cant wait to see how this one is. and we are praying that we get an apostle for the devotionals because they are the best speakers. Well i get to write today and tomorrow. hopefully the computer so i will get on and email you. i have ran into Zach about 3 times and we plan to meet up tomorrow and take some pictures with eachother on christmas. Also tell dad i ran into Phil Angerhoffer from soccer and he is going to Germany on his mission. It was pretty cool running into him.

Well thats all that i know is going on for me right now at the mtc. i will try and email tomorrow and if not know that i love all of you and hope that you have a merry merry christmas. I will miss you during this season and will remember all of you. and sorry as i said before, no i am not allowed to call tomorrow because they only have 3 phones and 2000 missionaries. so i dont think it will work out they are not letting anyone call home. i will be able to call when i get my reassignment which should be the first week in January so i will call you then. I love all of you and wish you a merry christmas or in other words Feliz Natal.
